These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 888game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 888game website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 888game platform and close your account. To register and maintain an active 888game account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 888game strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must access 888game from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Single Account: You may hold only one 888game account at any time. Registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address — is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on 888game or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion period is a breach of this Agreement.

888game reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal or at any point during the player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your 888game account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must notify 888game support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your login credentials.
• 888game will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must not access your 888game account using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means not expressly authorised by 888game.
• You must ensure that your registered email address and Pakistani mobile number (used for JazzCash/EasyPaisa OTP verification) remain current and accessible at all times.

All 888game accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies via international payment methods will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. 888game does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for conversion losses arising from currency fluctuations.

888game accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, debit card, and OTC cash through designated agents. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet and are available for wagering once confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in your cashier at the time of transaction.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• 888game reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be released until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 888game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated at 1–24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• 888game reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

From time to time, 888game offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The exact wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 888game reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotional errors — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their account permanently closed.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or traded outside the platform under any circumstances.

All games and betting markets on 888game operate according to specific game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. By participating in any game or market, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to this Agreement.

• Final Decisions: All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform. 888game will not reverse settled bets except in cases of proven technical error or manifest error in odds pricing.
• Manifest Errors: 888game reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or stakes that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., a clear pricing mistake on a PSL cricket market). Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will have bets voided and accounts reviewed.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of an internet disconnection during a live casino game, bets already confirmed and placed prior to disconnection will stand and be settled according to the game outcome. 888game is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum Winnings: 888game applies maximum payout limits per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sports market. Winnings exceeding stated limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.
• Voided Games: In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round or sports market, 888game reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or knowingly facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or in collusion with other players.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting programs to interact with any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or any platform personnel to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — including manifest odds errors — for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Using 888game for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 888game staff, support agents, or live dealers.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your 888game account through your payment provider.

All content on the 888game platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, written content, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888game or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 888game.

Game content provided by third-party software providers is licensed to 888game and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes during an active account session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling activities conducted on the platform, including PKR wagering losses.
• Loss of data, account access, or platform availability due to technical failures, maintenance, or third-party outages.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or your disclosure of login credentials to third parties.
• Losses or delays caused by payment provider issues, including JazzCash and EasyPaisa transaction failures or delays outside 888game's control.
• Interruptions to live casino streams or sports betting markets due to network issues on the player's end.

888game's total liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

888game will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa operators), identity verification services, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory bodies where legally required. 888game is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. All of the following tools are available free of charge to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your PKR wallet.

888game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed or reasonably suspected. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud review process.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 888game support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, please indicate this when contacting support so that appropriate responsible gaming measures can be applied.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of 888game. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 888game's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

888game's internal complaints procedure requires that all disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected] in the first instance. 888game will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final decision within 28 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

Nothing in this Agreement shall affect any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
